Annual Sports Day 2025 Celebration.

St. Xavier’s School, Robertsganj celebrated its Annual Sports Day 2025 with great enthusiasm, energy, and sportsman spirit on the school grounds. The event was held under the able guidance of the Principal, Rev. Fr. Anand K. V. John, and the Headmistress, Sr. Sunita Toppo, whose constant encouragement inspired both students and staff.

The programme began with a prayer and a disciplined march-past by the four houses, reflecting unity and teamwork. The day was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest, Rev. Fr. Prabhu Nath, who motivated the students to value discipline, perseverance, and physical fitness along with academic excellence. His encouraging words left a lasting impact on young minds.

Students actively participated in various track and field events like Tug of War, Kho Kho, Badminton, Handball, Football, Volley Ball, High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put Throw, Relay Race, Race ( 50m,100m, 200m, 400m, 600m and 800m), Banana Race, showcasing their talent, confidence, and dedication. Special events for teachers added joy and excitement to the celebration. The cheering crowd of parents and well-wishers boosted the morale of the participants.

In his address, Fr. Anand K. V. John highlighted the importance of sports in shaping character and promoting holistic development. Sr. Sunita Toppo appreciated the efforts of students and teachers for making the event a grand success.

The celebration concluded with the prize distribution ceremony and a vote of thanks. The Annual Sports Day 2025 truly strengthened the spirit of unity, discipline, and healthy competition at St. Xavier’s School, Robertsganj.
